The TATA Communications Experience Centre is a space that brings to life the primary objective of TCL - A Digital Ecosystem Enabler that empowers the digital Infrastructure of businesses. The centre provides for immersive and interactive moments where customers can discover, touch, and truly feel the brand & get excited about the Potential Value of the TCL Partnership to their business.

Challenge

Tata Communications is a digital ecosystem enabler that powers today’s fast-growing digital economy.
These products are non-tangible digital solutions which enhance digital eco- systems.

The challenge was to establish a balance between credibility & capability of an invisible product.

Through this balance we need to shift from product focused problem solving to a more consultative, customer-first approach and establish ourselves as a major integrated solution partner for the industry

Concept

Central idea of ‘The Summit’. The summit implies a dual meaning : being at the highest point and meeting of leaders.

This provided a strong statement of intent by positioning TCL as the link to achieving new heights for businesses around the world.

Creating an experience centre that is the Summit, is where leaders come together to share, explore and speak about the challenges they’re facing and the solutions TCL can offer, enabling them to unleash future possibilities for their business.
